02Forging & Heat Treat
Aluminum billets heated and pressed under thousands of tons, then T6 solution treated and aged for maximum yield strength.
035-Axis CNC
Faces, barrels and pockets machined on 5-axis centers with in-line dynamic balancing and runout inspection on every wheel.
04Finish & Test
Powder, liquid paint, brushing or PVD, followed by X-ray, air-tightness, impact and fatigue testing before packing.
