Strength you can measure

Forged construction, controlled heat treatment and a test protocol that goes beyond the legal minimum in every major market.

Billet & Forging

Stage 01

Billet & Forging

Certified 6061 aluminum billets are heated and pressed under thousands of tons. Forging aligns the grain flow with the spoke geometry, producing a structure roughly three times stronger than gravity casting at the same weight.

  • Certified 6061 billet with mill traceability
  • Multi-stage press forming
  • T6 solution treatment and artificial ageing
5-Axis Machining

Stage 02

5-Axis Machining

Every face, pocket, bolt hole and barrel is cut on 5-axis CNC centers from the FEA-approved 3D model, then dynamically balanced and runout-checked wheel by wheel.

  • ±0.05mm hub and PCD tolerance
  • Weight-optimised undercut pockets
  • Dynamic balance and lateral/radial runout check
Inspection & Testing

Stage 03

Inspection & Testing

Wheels pass X-ray porosity inspection, air-tightness testing, salt spray, and the full fatigue and impact protocol before packing.

  • X-ray and air leak inspection
  • Radial & cornering fatigue rigs
  • 13° / 30° / 90° impact testing
